will now go under BOTH "Dave's Favorite Lectures"
and "SCT Web Site for DMC Video Training"

In "Dave's Favorite Lectures" list the Neaton-DeMets lectures first, then 

Make sure the 3 sections are named
1) Lecture I: DMC Structure & Function
2) Lecture II: DMC Statistical Tools
3) Lecture III: DMC Case Studies

(But my previous notes have
1) Introduction to DMC
2) Examples of DMC
3) Statistical Methods of DMC
