We are delighted to welcome Assistant Professor Daifeng Wang to BMI. Daifeng joins us as part of the Functional Genetics/Genomics of Neurodevelopmental and Neurodegenerative Diseases cluster, led by Professor Qiang Chang, Director of the Waisman Center.
Daifeng moved here with his family, including his wife (an assistant scientist at the Waisman center) and young child, from Stony Brook University, where he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Informatics. His research interests include computational systems biology, functional and cognitive genomics, and machine learning for understanding the molecular mechanisms in human aging and brain disorders.
